I wish the writer had quantified in percent terms some of his Japanese prognostications. Interesting take that the Japanese pizza shop count swelled post covid and now trading is more difficult. There could be a discounting cycle as everyone tries to be the last man standing. Could take time to play out. The main provocateur in expanding the shop count has been DMP of course.
