The positive for me is the update for 7weeks with Japan SSS up by 6.73%. As Japan is about 30% of the business and area where it was not great during HY 2024, this could be the turn around that they have been working on.
Significant Capex reduction is very positive too resulting in good cash flow and the management said they focus on improving debt position before any buy backs. BS improvement on the way, which will be easy to achieve if they concentrate on existing businesses rather than trying further expansions.
The new products like my domino box and meltzz are ideal for single serve markets like lunch time quick bites. It will open up new market segment. Aggregates also seems to be going well.
IMO definitely the SP bottom has reached and it is an industry which will grow for long time.
It will be awhile before SP climbs to $50 to 60 range , but it is going to happen sooner or later.
