I suppose this is a case of difficulties in growing business overseas many Australian companies have found out. Like to hear real story in Japan, is it possible to grow and make profit too?
The Europe business is doing all right, but for France. It may be another place it is difficult to grow pizzas business where the competition must be very high like in Japan.
So back to around 25 pe . Will the new products which has helped ANZ market give them impetus to grow in the countries mentioned. Without the growth in Japan and France it will not command higher PE than 25 I think.
Cash flow is good even at these revenue level.
Still end of the day business is growing around 8% , which is in good health and BS improving.
