Yeah, the timing is a little strange.
As far as I can see all the Analysts pretty much just value it at book value and/or by their contributions to earnings, so having it better realised that there's a bit of value hidden wouldn't be the worst thing even if the sale goes through.
Good sales price and I'd be hoping for a pretty chunky Special Dividend, all else being equal. Could be very meaningful.
