Large scale events help to bring potential shoppers back into the CBDs post-Covid, a habit many had been forced to discontinue, with much negative publicity (Melbourne in particular) about how the city centre had allegedly become unsuitable for visitation.
It's surprising to see the MYR SP upwards bounce today thus far on no news other than the recent well received trading update. Perhaps traders have their minds on Solomon Lew's next (as yet unannounced) move?
