This stock has even less friends than I have.
I have sold this a few times and vowed each time not to buy it again- but it keeps getting cheaper- MV must be significantly less than replacement values of the properties. It holds brownfields sites in prime locations.
This could get further belted if Healthscope gets into further trouble- but that would be a short term thing.
So, back in.
