things will change once QW is open, but given the results, what’s the fking point of running a casino business at this point? Regulations/fines seem to kneecapping this one to a point where if you’re going to be slightly profitable/breakeven/lose money, you may as well repurpose the sites to operations that will receive less scrutiny like other entertainment and hotels doh. QW is probably gonna cost more than the LV Sphere to build/open, prob won’t be as profitable anyway and is sitting in an industry that is getting shaken down by the govt/regulators. Wishing all current holders well!

Where is the money gonna come from for the JV equity contributions still required in the next 18 months?
