My take is, the bod is a sprinter. Their job was to turn the business around. They did an ok job keep at changing the direction to the ship to more diversified market and sector. The rate increase with better market is their luck, not skill.
I dont see this bod stick around for long as they have no interest in running it after turn it around. Their skill is in pickup bad business and fix it, not running it for long term.
but the choice to sell this early is just short sign.
now it is up with these banker to decide to sell that price or not. I dont think large holder trying to block the sale, if bod does not want to run it, but they may try to squish some more juice.
