From last years results:
"Pro-Forma NPAT of $125.3m, with 2H23 Pro-Forma NPAT of $63.3M higher than 1H23 of $62.0M and in line with guidance."
From today's update:
"Bapcor expects Pro-Forma NPAT for FY24 to be between $93m and $97m"
For this year's full results that's about a 25% drop in NPAT from last year. Even worse the predicted 2H24 Pro-Forma NPAT is about $40M which is about a 36% drop in the second half result compared to last year's second half. Those are sizable drops in profit. The only good news is it might flush out a predator.
