The sad thing about this is most of us knew it was coming and the board has been sticking its head in the sand, not taking responsibility and dealing with the issues, and I think it would be reasonable to assume not disclosing information to the market on a timely basis. The announcement is bad enough, but what it doesn't go into is the Better then Before project >$100M Net EBIT benefits that were supposed to flow into FY25. This is what had been propping up the share price and I think to be silent on this is also not being transparent. There needs to be change at the Board level now, Margie should not be able to slip out on her own terms. The insto's need to grow some balls and demand change, this is what they should have done 2 years ago with the Abotomey debacle.
