Agree. The board governance is shameful. In fact the Chairwoman is a complete governance failure and should resignj from every board, in disgrace.

Currently looking to open down by $1.02 wiping off $350m of shareholder value. I hope the Chairwoman does not choke on her soy chai coconut milk latte!!!!!
