Truism, that.
If things were peachy the stock would be at a markedly different price.
Its current share price is informed by the confluence of a number of perfect storms - comatose ECM market, compressed valuation multiple, selling of stock by Hartley vendors, tax loss selling of highly illiquid stock - none of which can cause permanent damage to the business and all of which are temporary factors.
I struggle to recall an investment set-up as close to perfect as this stock presents.
