I just tested it out, bought a few PGH shares and it is $0 brokerage with CMC. Now I see why a bunch of 20+ shares for no reason. In a way, if someone wants to manipulate the price, they kept on sell little chunks like this instead of buy and the market will look very weak and cost very little loss to them too like Mr Saxxon said. Such a manipulation huh? Btw the 32,730 shares sold at 10:39 pm doesn't belong to anyone specifically, (no size match) so my assumption is someone got a bigger shares wanted to manipulated the price. I can not confirm but doesn't look like this particular person is planning to exit or they would sell out all or accept via off-market other wise.

I just think this is some sort of manipulation. Is is RG's plan hmmm I wonder?
