but against those property holdings is increased debt!!!, look at the evolution of the balance sheet over the last 3 years, don't take my word for it, just take a look!!!. Basically PWR has leveraged its property holdings to acquire more dealerships (in some cases from related parties), so yes PWR has some property holdings, but PWR also has much more debt.
The jornos talking about the property holdings should have at least done their homework on this!!!! Yes property holdings = good.
Not so concrete answer, when those property holdings were used to increase leverage (using those property holdings as collateral!!!)
