Like most listed consumer businesses they are growing by acquisition which involves leverage, they have leases which is a debt, they have inventory which is debt, businesses usually carry debt & it normally grows with the business
I’m wary of a company over leveraging its ambitions but again my point is this one has considerable real assets to assuage my concerns
I understand why you wouldn’t invest in it & I’ve only got a relatively small holding but I think it looks cheap & is somewhat derisked by way of its real assets (that some want to dismiss)
