All these are good arguments. It's a tough invironment for any high inventory business. This type of business works on inventory backed by debt. It's not new.
In saying that the acquisitions have a higher bailment percentage than PWR had so should have been bought at a discount to earnings multiple (you would hope) which should have been disclosed.
