It's hard to see them opening more shoe stores, it's so over saturated. The branching out to activewear, but it's a crowded market. They have all the exclusive distribution rights to some of the best selling shoe brands. $280 for a pair of hoka, wtf, and rarely on sale. I think the cash will keep coming in, but growth potential seems limited within Australia. With SP going down, yield will improve, long as they paying more than the interest rate, I feel it's a safe hold.
