The big question, above all else, for investors is.......have investors reached peak despondency and despair over CTT and lost all hope.
If we have reached that stage of the cycle, there is reason to be . somewhat, optimistic as this signal the bottom.
USA agreeing to a trade deal with China could provide the necessary catalyst , or , Mintz buying a large stake at these depressed prices.
In the meantime, all we can do is watch and wait!
