I would like to remind all holders that what is happening now is not new and has happened on many stocks in ASX.
Zip:
Zip fell to 26c in Oct 2023. Bad debts crippling the business, Convertible notes was looking scary, interest rates at ATH. Heavily shorted and everyone in HC were crying CR, administration. It is now trading more than 10X.
SZL:
Same story as above and like CTT, CEO is the majority shareholder. He turned it out excellently, SZL is flying unbelievably at the moment.
PDN and BOE:
Heavily shorted and reached bottom at 3.98$ and 1.9$ in April. Well they both are now trading almost at 100% in just couple of months.
While I acknowledge that things are not good with CTT, I think if the management works hard they will be able to turn this around.
Often times SP is not a reflection of the business in ASX because of all the biggies with vested interest play both sides of the coin to make money.
I think there is work to do, but I believe things will turn in FY26. I don't expect revenue to grow because of Tariffs, but I trust management will take necessary steps to cut down spending and get this into profitability.
My theory for holding this and not any advice.
