Maybe. Volume is much lower. Half the shorts are out, half are waiting for some more pain. Good thing about CTT they seemed to be able to scale up quickly during the good times. Bad thing is they couldn't reduce their costs during the lean times and maintain a good margin for profit. It's hard to see this turning around before a cap raise is needed. That will be discounted and dilutive. Mintz never needs to work another day, so who knows what he will do. 20 cents seems very likely now after the phantom serial upramper said "no way" to 30 cents.
