I respect posters who acknowledge deficiencies in a stock and are only out to make a quick buck.
Fundamentally I agree that CTT may still have intrinsic value. I worry some holders here think of rally to the former highs is just around the corner.
My opinion on CTT has always been that it's a company which is good at generating revenue but not earnings. It's easy to generate revenue if you sacrifice earnings-the key to being a valuable company is growing both. Increasingly it looks like CTT is closer to a retailer than a tech stock, since isn't really able to achieve scale. However, the one difference is that CTT doesn't presumably have a large fixed cost base. That should allow it to avoid total collapse in the event the industry does suffer a bigger downturn.
if we start to see any margin improvement and reduced cash burn, I'm willing to change my mind.
