Any circling sharks would likely agree this business will just eat cash until the current economic climate changes. They would have to be confident of enough catalyst to make that happen. The current management, the only major mistakes they have made if any is getting the advertising spend wrong, some FX issues and the profit margins unachievable. Not massive blunders like MVF. Not something you can plug in a quick fix. For that reason it's unprofitable in a market that is currently out of flavour. I don't see a takeover in a market where all competitors are failing.
