I respectfully disagree. Even with a reduced dividend, the yield will be attractive to those looking for fully franked paying stocks. AX1 generates a lot of cash and pays out a healthy percentage.
I also think the partnership with Sports Direct has a hell of a lot of synergies. Just needs a couple years to get grounded. I'm pretty close to increasing my holding yes again.
I give the directors credit for thinking big, taking measured risks and trying different things. I initially bought in during the covid lows and have been pretty happy with the return on investment. Capital appreciation leaves a bit to be desired but I'm still well within the green.
