Poor form from management here. Given they have struggled to get support from Instos as reflected in the share price they should have been forced to keep their shares until the business can better articulate a growth plan moving forward. Its not fair on those investors that have supported the stock and tried to get it above water. Just when the price was starting to recover. Terrible selfish stuff!
