    Its all very odd and I guess in due course things might become a bit clearer. Broker data and an updated Top 20 might help piece things together (even if one of the staff don't end up selling down).

    Usually management selling (vs Buying) I see as a negative. The exception though is when a company has floated and otherwise seems to be in order.

    A listing on the ASX would usually be to expose the company to capital and equity markets. Usually to raise more equity (sell more shares) or realise value (sell existing shares to others). This is especially the case in large companies where senior staff might be holding significant equity but are unable to easily realise its value.

    Floating a company and selling down 100% to others is quite different - in my opinion, to a few staff selling down their 1, 2 or even 5% of the company and it isn't necessarily the end of the world.

    Except at SHM where even the suggestion of it apparently is
