Revenue is the key...but we're now getting announcements with some clarity on the volumes involved.
XM have 500,000 existing clients
Tradologic have 1,500,000 and over 900m transactions annually.
It's possible XM and Tradologic require ISX process to KYC the existing clients making them current and compliant with new regulations.
So for these 2 clients alone we have a potential:
2,000,000 @ $10.00 (assumed upfront KYC price) = $20,000,000 upfront
1.2 billion transactions annually (assuming 300 million XM transactions...could be more) @ 0.03 per transaction (again assumed price) = $36,000,000 per annum.
The figures per transaction here are purely speculative...but they help provide some indication on revenue potential.
If ISX keeps signing clients these types of clients...well you can guess what the revenue will look like.
What valuation do you put on a tech company with $100 - 200 mil EBIT? 10 - 15x I would think!!!

settle down there. Lets not get too excited.
you can put US$2000 into a FX account and churn it thousands of times. That means one cash transaction has occurred. Basing your revenue numbers on each fx trade is so weong that we shouldn't even discuss it, or base 'speculative'numbers on it.
