Agree there is huge potential and obviously i am bullish on this stock or otherwise i would not be invested, however whilst i believe the user numbers are extremely impressive, i don't think it's a game changer and don't believe it should lead to a massive short-term re-rating of the share price.
In my mind the user numbers were already on an outstanding trajectory, and whilst it is nice to have confirmation of this, the main challenge for this company is to convert these users into paying private and agent advertisers; as well as proving a significant demand for the products such as rentbond. The cash expenditure is still a concern, and i would like to see a revenue increase to at least the $250k / quarter mark reasonably soon to allay concerns regarding the bottom line.
