Also most of the investors have settled now i.e. they are getting into yield maximisation mode = $$ for Rent.com.au with increase in private listings.
Their website is nice and clean but i think there is a fair bit of optimization yet to be done both from customer journey and commercial advertising perspective. On top of that, neither of the big 4 banks have caught onto this website yet. They will once they see volume in impressions vs Realestate.co etc.
