re: Ann: TRF: Trafford to Exercise IronClad O... Well they only said they intend to exercise. They have responsibilities to their own shareholders so I would say then need to convert as late as possible given no upside in exercising. If the stock is below 75 when they send their check it would be hard to explain why they exercised. They could argue to get volume I suppose.
