re: Ann: Trafigura Warrant Exercise and Kipoi... The way I see it this beats debt facility hands down. Trafigura was always going to exercise the options so dilution is irrelevant.
Rather the cash now than down the track when TGS won't be needing it anyway taking in consideration production is just around the corner.
