DGL has nothing to do with TRJ other than they were founded by CEO's who know their own business well, but don't know capital markets very well. Both CEOs are a little arrogant and confused why their share price is falling. Both are acquisition minded. Both keep issuing script and diluting existing shareholders for acquisitions which in my opinion the markets don't like.
