I wanted to post under today's announcement a snarky comment about there being any takers for SPP, but much batter to say this:

As Rick Rule points out that management is a huge deal in the puzzle of successful investing. SBM is a great illustration of this. Not a penny stock, but almost. If one wants to avoid the 'agita', one would only invest in those of stellar management reputation.
We would do well to heed this wise advice from the get go. Others choose to learn this themselves the hard way that may involve cost to their capital.
