I guess this deadline will be extended again until Gino gets his Performance Shares. In my view, this is why it hasn’t been paid yet.
Once PFS is done and Gino gets his performance shares, the deal will be completed including Gino’s performance shares at 53cps. After that what will happen, I don’t know. All depends on our Chinese major shareholder and Gino himself. All in my opinion only.
