    …. With What if“ -> market is not buying the story

    what if there is no buyer anymore ?
    -> if the pot. buyer was hot for a great deal … they would have baught it already ? its dragging on already i dont know + 12 month ore more…. But no deal… now they habe to get the PFS first …

    what if there is soon another Capital Raise … right after the PFS = more dilution ….

    what if mtc runs out of money $
