For those that don't understand the graphic on page 2 of the announcement, i.e. the arrows pointing to the EIR & SEO Preparation, and Regulatory Approvals as being in the Complete, In Progress and Pending Stages, this is because (as per my last conversation with Tony Lawry) - the documents are already prepared and have been put in front of the government in draft form. The company are working with relevant government officials in this space until they are ready to submit formal documentation for approval for the PCD.
By all means take the above with a grain of salt, hopefully this is evidenced within the next few announcements.
I'd say I'm sleeping easy tonight but I am genuinely excited about the next couple of months.
