Goodness me you are all doom and gloom and so quick to sell out the board and company. The placement price was poor form by the board, agreed. However, the falling through of the CRC is an unfortunate unforeseen circumstance, no fault of the board. It is also an expected set back in a speculative renewable energy start-up. There are always bumps along the way so if you weren't prepared for this kind of thing, you shouldn't have invested. You impatient gamblers go ahead and sell out of the company that still has a committed board, millions in the bank and a bright future ahead. I'm holding!
