ive contacted them and they reiterate they are trying to get best deal possible.... Which means in excess of TMF offer.
if they accept the TMF offer, then this other buyer they just confirmed in quarterly report wouldn't have been able to lodge a higher bid...
it is very strange shareprice being so far below the first offer for sure..
i believe it's just the smelly history of that guy Russell Moran's activity back around year 2015 in other companies he was a director in , so this means we will never get a premium or blue sky..
we just have to wait for a trading halt and the magic words ; " sale of Sturec completed to Chifeng for 75c cash "......... Or better still complete takeover as no real investors will want anything to do with a company associated with a bankrupt in the future.
