if they are insiders they can’t buy or sell before info is released to market. This neither proves or dis proves the bid might be a dummy bid.
why am I suspicious.
1. market does not believe it. It’s been over 3 months and the smart money would have caught on by now.
2. TMF is making bid on behalf of someone else. Bidders identity is concealed.
3. Mr Moran is linked to this deal.
All this may be explainable. I hope it is. Gino is up to his eyeballs in it. I hope he has covered his tracks.
