@stevenjd, not sure I would say it has been a flag project for many years since MTC acquired only in Nov 2019. They frame themselves as explorers not miners so selling once resources clarified is not unusual in my perception. This offer is subject to underground mining permit approval so it still may be some time before first payments come through. With other suitors possibly out there MTC has time to look at opportunities. The suggestion by some of $2 seems to me to be about ambitious at this stage. A quick and dirty view may be the sp could move to 0.60 or so in anticipation of the granting of approvals but this would slide quickly if approvals come slow. But this is all just in my opinion only. DYOR.
