I agree with you that this first offer hasn't gone down well with the market. The fall in the SP proves that. I was just trying to make the point that as far as I can see, management's whole idea was to revert back to lithium and as such, to have the greatest chance of success they'd be wise to retain as large a sum of money as possible. It actually looks a retrograde step right now, though, with the lithium sector currently in a poor state, whereas gold is riding high. Hopefully they'll receive some better offers for Sturec.
