Is it a "farce" though?

The Board has again pledged their shares into the Transaction. I'm sure this has been posted before, and doesn't take into account any miscellaneous punters SQM might mop up at $3.50 (like those of us hoping to hold for 12 months):



Not so bad an outcome to have SQM guaranteed more than 30% of this monster, with a silly low average price, with off take, with possibility of a deal in due course for MC's shares and share of project and in the meantime experienced management executing on the resource.

As for the dip in SP, the arbitrage play for anything below $3.50 sets the floor, so obviously important for the SQM offer to still be on the table.
