The key is Creasy he obviously would want to see this go to production but at the time not want to spend any of his own money

I think he will sell his 12% in azs at $3.50 and another 10% from his private company or enough to push sqm over the line and will end up holding his magic number of 30% in azs, the deal is that he spends absolutely no money from beginning to end.

azs will be delisted and existing small holders will receive their $3.50 in the mail

I have Sold 900,000 of my shares between $3.50 and $4 now holding 50 000.

sure there will be some bumps up and down with more results but I think azs has already priced future results when you look at pls and Ltr
