Hard to know. Gmeister seems to be saying that with SQM having a binding 31%, Creasy's shares will get SQM over the line for a majority stake. But is that enough?
I can't see why Creasy would settle for the low $3.50 unless the independent valuer gets into action from the continued exploration, under the deal terms.
Even then, chickenfeed to shareholders compared to the overall potential. If Gmeister is right, why are we hanging on? We just just get the $ value not scrip. Something else must be coming into play here or else wasting our time?
When you talked it down and talked it up, you pushed the holders to capitulate or buy when there was little chance of the SP responding in the medium term and you knew it. So you got rich at their expense of the ordinary punter. I don't mind trading what I despise this kind of front-running and manipulation because you cheated the less experienced, and deliberately misled them. The ordinary punter has very little chance in this cutthroat environment where anything goes. There is no way I can congratulate you for it. Just so you know at least someone is onto you.
