FWIW in my experience it's actually not, which is kinda why it felt like you were stretching it a bit.
We can all speculate but probably best to wait and see what the prospectus tells us.
Hopefully when comes to this it's more like RAP & XPE and less like NWZ & 1PG.
I've been around long enough to not fall in love with any stock.
Given your username I'd imagine you share this philosophy!
Overall, certainly a very good product, management and story.....just hope that everyone's interests are aligned.
