We now have positive proof that the goons at the ASX do not prioritise the interests of shareholders !

The Bowen Basin coking coal project is ready to ramp into production next year. However, those holier than thou servants at the ASX, after many months of deliberations have decided in their infinite wisdom, to destroy the savings of patient shareholders.

This decision has effectively road blocked what would have been a Company making project.

With the excessive usurping of their powers, those fools at the ASX have now potentially destroyed any credibility they may have had along with some shareholders life savings.

II feel astounded at such a ludicrous decision. I

I know I am venting, however, is too late to seek restitution from the ASX? I think shareholders should consider precipitating a class action against the ASX to hold those accountable personally for the severe losses occasioned by their irresponsible actions.

I would go a lot nastier in my language to describe the ASX. If I vented my opinion its suspension on Hotcopper

I understand if shareholders vote against the transaction but having the ASX stopping the transaction is a punch in the guts.

Just reading over past GML announcements and found this:

Basically the license to act as a dictator

If there is avenue for class action I am in but not sure if there is one
