I suggest that if 'insiders' or sophisticated investors have any information relevant to the merger that has not been disclosed publicly to date it should be shared with retail investors immediately to allow an informed decision to be made by the majority of SHs.

As SHs we are entitled to vote yes or no based on the facts presented, and cannot be expected to vote based on rumours or innuendo. Personally I find shaming people who vote different to the recommendation very unprofessional, we do live in a democratic country after all and are free to vote as we see fit.
