Great post and like you I am against the current offer but not against a sensible offer
I was very disappointed with the tone of that announcement and the threat of naming those who oppose the current deal...what is this are we now losing our rights as shareholders to voice a view that opposes RCF's and the current board
TMT can still be a viable mining operation without AVL but it is unlikely AVL could ever mine without TMT's assests so you are correct in why AVL holders are so "cocky" with the current offer
Hold tight next 3 months will be very interesting
