And I’d just like to propose a theory - however much some here won’t like it - that maybe the most important element in that transaction notice was not ‘ picking on’ the errors or validity of the 22 form letters.
The notice was disseminated to shareholders at both companies and likely read with interest by others as well
and to attribute to TMT management the same pettiness and paranoia as is being exhibited by some HC posters is honestly a bit disturbing .

I think trying to build a case for voting ‘no’ on such paranoid theories is even more disturbing!
It implies premature ‘no’ voters wish to continue - possibly for years - under a management of which they are paranoid!
