As SHs we are entitled to vote yes or no based on the facts presented, and cannot be expected to vote based on rumours or innuendo. Personally I find shaming people who vote different to the recommendation very unprofessional, we do live in a democratic country after all and are free to vote as we see fit.

Then decide how you wish to vote.
Why the ‘it needs to be immediate’ stuff?

And as far as insiders having better access to inside information - it’s a bit naive to think this doesn’t happen!
As you know Tribeca and Regal have been strongly agitating for a merger since last June!
