    Its interesting that in your responses to my relatively simple suggestion that TMT holders be given an option for a cash payout, you've repeatedly tried to rubbish this possibility, and attack my arguments as to why this would be fair. I can't imagine for a moment that any genuine (LT?) holders of TMT would find a cash payout option in any way a bad outcome of this merger. The only objectors would be AVL management or their supporters (or some of the financial backers) who would have to raise the cash. But then TMT holders would get a real and accurate idea what valuation AVL are putting on TMT's assets. An open and transparent valuation. Sounds like a good idea to me. None of this "we'll give you AVL shares and then you can try to sell them at market prices later on". No pig in a poke for me, thanks.
